Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role within a traditional, reputable legal practice that is rooted throughout the local community. Within this role, you will be joining a busy department to manage your own caseload of:

• Sales and purchases
• Buy-to-Let
• Shared Ownership
• Transfer of Equity
• Probate Sales
• New Builds
• Re-mortgages

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 5-7 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing, have excellent client care and communication skills, be driven, and be looking to establish themselves for a long-term career.
