RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY £c25K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the expert residential property team of a well-established firm. JOB REF: 215299377


Responsibilities:
  1. The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience as a Paralegal in a busy Conveyancing Department to support one of their solicitors with their caseload.
  2. The role will include a range of general paralegal and administrative duties, such as handling telephone inquiries, sending letters of instruction and standard progress updates, drafting and submitting SDLT forms, managing pre and post completion paperwork, and preparing HM Land Registry applications and requisitions.
  3. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage your own workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines, in order to support the team in achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
