This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing who can confidently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

The Role:

1. Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
2. Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
