Are you a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who is looking to join a growing team which can offer future development? We are working on a conveyancing role at a friendly family firm who have several offices based across West Yorkshire. This role can be based in any of their Leeds or Wakefield sites and will consider part-time hours (if you require this). The firm offers great benefits and hybrid home and office working options.

Joining the busy Residential Conveyancing team, you will be managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase matters including:

1. Reviewing contracts
2. Exchanging contracts
3. Dealing with transfers of funds
4. Remortgage matters
5. Drafting Declaration of Trust

The firm will consider applications from those who have strong residential conveyancing fee earning experience and who are keen to provide the best client care possible to the firm's client base. Client care is a priority for the firm, and they would like to bring in a like-minded individual to ensure that clients always receive the best possible service.
