Residential Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive

Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor who is looking to join a firm with a fantastic reputation across Nottinghamshire. This role will be based at the firm's central Nottingham office and would suit someone who is looking to drive their conveyancing career further.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters including the sales and purchases of residential properties, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing your own diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception through to completion
2. Handling a high volume of matters
3. Liaising with agents, clients, and third-party solicitors on a regular basis

About You

1. Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
2. In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
3. Be a team player - enjoy collaborating with other fee earners and contributing to the team's success
