This is what you'll be doing:

1. Dealing with complex title checking
2. Investigating title
3. Reporting on title
4. Identifying options for resolution
5. Reviewing documents
6. Drafting documents
7. Dealing with searches
8. Dealing with land registry forms
9. Being part of a larger team working on more complex matters

The experience you'll bring to the team

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
5PQE+ as a guide
You must have experience in title checking on property matters.
Experience within residential property is essential.
