Residential Conveyancer - Fully Remote

Office Angels have partnered with an expanding, driven Doncaster based business who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their fast paced, progressive business.

Role: Conveyancer

Salary & benefits: Up to £45,000pa depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus scheme, Perkbox, on-site parking & more!

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to the office in Doncaster

Contract: Permanent, full time working 40 hours per week

Duties:

1. Take clients instructions
2. Handle a caseload of residential transactions
3. Co-ordinating the work of all parties involved
4. Correspond with clients and solicitors
5. Arranging and attending client meetings when required to progress cases
6. Respond quickly and effectively to client requirements

What you will need to succeed:

1. Experience working within a fee earning role
2. Experience managing residential conveyancing from start to end
3. Able to deliver an excellent service whilst meeting deadlines
4. Able to run a mixed caseload of residential matters
5. Experience working with off plan / new build would be a distinct advantage
