A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to handle a varied caseload while benefiting from a supportive team environment and hybrid working options.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New builds and shared ownership
• Lease extensions and other property-related matters

The Ideal Candidate:

• Have 2+ year's PQE as a Solicitor, FCLIX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
