Are you a skilled Conveyancer with residential property experience, seeking an exciting opportunity in Worthing? This dynamic role offers the chance to work on a variety of property transactions while joining a forward-thinking and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert legal advice on purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
Managing ID checks, source of funds verifications, gift deposits and risk assessments
Preparing and issuing contracts, managing mortgage redemptions and overseeing the exchange of contracts
Ordering and reporting on searches, reviewing titles (including leases) and raising related enquiries
Reporting on mortgages, management packs and handling new-build and second-hand property transactions
Building and nurturing relationships with referrers

Experience:

Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—professional and confident in all interactions
A resilient and proactive approach to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to contribute positively to the workplace
