Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: Up to £55,000

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.
• Providing excellent client care and ensuring smooth transaction progression.
• Contributing to business development and networking within the Exeter market.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Be confident in managing files independently.
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and work well in a team.
