Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – South London
A multi-office law firm in South London is recruiting a residential conveyancer. Non-qualified fee earners are welcome to apply!
The firm has been established for over 100 years and has built a strong brand for legal services in its local areas; therefore, no business development is required but would be welcome.
They have a 1-2-1 setup for fee earners and support staff, so you would only be expected to fee earn.
Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold matters such as:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
They will offer you:
- An achievable billing target with additional incentives
