Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £30,000-£50,000


About the Firm/Role:

CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients with offices based throughout the region. Our client is looking to bring on board a Residential Conveyancer to complement their existing team. They are seeking a motivated and driven individual to help further develop and grow the department.

This role offers a high-quality caseload, working alongside professional and likeminded individuals in a modern city centre office and fantastic firm culture.


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including but not limited to purchases/sales, mortgage transactions (including leasehold), transfers of equity and equity release, new build and unregistered titles.
  2. Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  3. Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.
  4. Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other property documents.
  5. Managing the exchange of contracts and completion processes.
  6. Conducting searches, dealing with enquiries, and preparing completion statements.
  7. Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT returns as required.
  8. Providing excellent client care and ensuring the smooth progress of each transaction.

  1. Ideally you will be an experienced residential property solicitor/legal executive or be CLC qualified or have 3+ years' experience managing your own residential property caseload.
