Residential Conveyancer - Remote or Office-Based (Flexible Locations in the South)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a growing and dynamic law firm? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering a high-quality service to clients and referrers.
• Stay up to date with current legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Land Registry processes.
• Support and mentor a junior paralegal if assigned one.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads independently.
• Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, FILEX, or an unqualified conveyancer with strong expertise.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Prior remote working experience if applying for a fully remote role.
