Residential Conveyancer - Liverpool or Manchester

The firm
Progressive and entrepreneurial firm with offices across the North West. Acting on behalf of business, public sector and private individual clients. Offering a service with honesty and integrity. The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious conveyancer to join its residential property team in Liverpool or Manchester city centre.

The opportunity
You will be joining a team where hard work is recognised and highly rewarded. You will be responsible for handling your own conveyancing caseload and must have a keen interest and ability to develop client relationships. The firm is looking to appoint a confident conveyancer with a proven track record in business development looking for autonomy in their role and the ability to grow their own business with the offer of financial and administrative support.

Requirements
You must be a highly motivated conveyancer with a proven track record of working independently handling a diverse caseload. You will have developed strong working relationships during your career to date as a conveyancer.

A highly competitive salary up to £45,000 and bonus scheme is offered to the successful candidate.
