Sacco Mann are delighted to be working with a small family friendly firm based in Knaresborough, who is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team. The firm is well known in the local community and has such a strong reputation that repeat business and recommendations have resulted in an influx of new work.

Due to the nature of the firm's client base, this role would suit someone local to Knaresborough who appreciates in-person client contact and likes to be in the office. The firm will consider full-time or part-time applicants, and they are very family friendly, so can be flexible with hours.

You will be running your own mixed residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, buy to let, and equity release mortgages. You will be working alongside another very experienced residential conveyancing fee earner and have support from an assistant.

The firm prides itself on its regular repeat business from clients, and you will work hard to maintain and build long-lasting relationships.

The firm is looking for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or fee earner qualified by experience who has solid residential conveyancing experience, is technically sound, and can come into the team and hit the ground running.
