A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer with 3 years of residential conveyancing experience to join a well-established legal firm.

This is a fully remote role offering a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will oversee the legal side of residential property transactions, including drafting and reviewing related legal documents.

They will consider experienced Paralegals, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives; however, they are not seeking solicitors or senior-level candidates.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Senior Paralegal or in a similar role.
2. At least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience.
3. Must have experience in fully remote work for law firms.
4. A track record of strong billing.
5. Skilled in IT.
