Job Overview: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play an essential role in the thriving Property Law team. Your responsibilities will include managing the full spectrum of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for clients. The role will focus on delivering exceptional client service while handling a varied and interesting caseload within a collaborative and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from start to finish.

• Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of conveyancing and property law.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards.

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, offering high-quality service and guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Residential Property Law.

• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures and residential property transactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the success of the department.
