Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive

Location: Central Oxford
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

This well-established high street law firm, with over 50 years of expertise, is a growing 3-Partner practice highly regarded in the Oxfordshire region. The firm is known for delivering quality legal services to both private and commercial clients, with a strong reputation in Residential Property Law.

The Opportunity

As part of their succession planning, the firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its thriving, CQS-accredited property team. Working alongside the Head of Residential Property, you will manage a broad caseload while playing a key role in the department's long-term growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a varied caseload, including Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, Equity Release, Transfers of Equity, Matrimonial Conveyancing and Leasehold transactions
  • Providing client-facing support, building strong relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Working alongside an assistant to help manage files efficiently
  • Contributing to the future growth of the department

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Property
  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of conveyancing matters
  • A team player with excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ambitious and keen to be involved in developing the department
