The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a busy and well-regarded team in Clifton, Bristol. There is no formal qualification required for this role, making it open to candidates with relevant experience, including senior paralegals who are looking to take the next step in their careers.

The role involves managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Taking instructions from clients and providing clear, accurate advice
• Drafting documents and preparing accounts
• Liaising with clients in person, by phone, and in writing
• Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant and regularly billed
• Marketing the firm and helping to generate new business leads
