Essential:
Proven experience in business development and sales within the residential or commercial AV, technology, or related industries.
Strong understanding of AV technologies, including but not limited to home automation, AV control, and audio solutions.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in an accessible way.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.
Desirable:
Existing network of contacts within the residential or commercial AV sectors.
Experience working with high-end residential clients or large commercial projects.
Knowledge of project management and the full lifecycle of AV solution deployment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
