Residential Childcare worker roles are available in Bathgate at £15-p/hr. Choose your own schedule, and work as often as you like based on your availability! Make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting them to have a safe and fulfilled childhood!

A successful residential childcare worker will be responsible for:

1. Implementing behavioural management techniques and promoting positive social skills.
2. Maintaining records of the children's progress and behaviour.
3. Advocating for the children's needs and rights.
4. Organising activities to promote socialisation.
5. Ensuring a safe and clean residential environment.

To be successful in your residential childcare worker application, you will:

1. Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK working in a residential setting with young people aged below 16 years.
2. Have flexibility in the roles undertaken.
3. Have strong communication skills.
4. Register under the PVG scheme.
5. Full driving license (Preferred).
6. Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable.
