Qualifications

  • Must be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor with VRS and EPC accreditation.
  • Excellent experience in valuations and surveys is required.

Job Description:

We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us covering the Docklands area. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package.

This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time or Job Share basis.

What you'll be doing:
  • Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.
  • Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business.
  • Completing 5 points per day.
  • Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints and claims.
  • Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes.
Who we're looking for:
  • You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited.
  • Excellent valuation and survey experience.
  • Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
  • Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
