  • Facilitate communication between researchers and cross-functional teams by organizing research sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure insights are shared effectively across the business.
  • Assist in participant communication and engagement, ensuring a positive experience for study participants through timely communication, clear instructions, and follow-up.
  • Help track and measure research impact by supporting the implementation of metrics and reporting tools that communicate the value of user research to stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Research Operations or UX Operations role, or relevant experience in a support role within a user research or UX team.
  • Comprehensive organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and maintain positive relationships with research participants.
  • Experience with participant recruitment and screening, with familiarity in managing databases, participant consent, and other logistical aspects of user research.
  • An understanding of research methods and tools, as well as a willingness to learn and support various stages of the research process, from study setup to data organization.
  • Proficiency in documentation and knowledge management systems (e.g., research repositories, databases) and experience using collaborative tools like Google Suite, or project management software.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to learn more about UX research practices and contribute to creating efficient research operations that benefit the team.
  • An appreciation for data privacy and confidentiality, with the ability to adhere to protocols that protect participant information.

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
