We are seeking a Research Inclusion Manager to join our National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) Wessex Applied Research Collaborative (ARC). In this vital role, you will lead and contribute to initiatives ensuring inclusive research reflective of our region's diverse communities.

What will you be doing?
A champion for EDI, you will develop our research teams' inclusive practice. You will provide specialist expertise, guidance, and operational leadership to embed inclusive processes across our culture, processes, and systems.

An experienced professional with a strong background in EDI and project management. You will be a confident advocate for inclusion.
Other key skills to be successful include:
Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and familiarity with EDI challenges in research are desirable.
