Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of FSi Research development and regulation goals, including but not limited to capturing ideas and innovations, measuring projects against KPIs, managing the R&D laboratory, and ensuring that FSi/Promat remain compliant across the range of systems and products manufactured.

What you’ll do:

1. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth running of operations.
2. Act as a key interface between production, commercial, marketing, and technical teams.
3. Conduct audit testing.
4. Report and present data to key stakeholders.
5. Deliver FSi R&D and regulation goals.
6. Measure projects against KPIs.
7. Manage the R&D laboratory.
8. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety.

What you’ll bring:

1. Experience working within a laboratory environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Methodical approach.
4. Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
