The Opportunity:
Due to an exciting pipeline of major infrastructure projects, we are looking to expand the Technology and Innovation function at Laing O'Rourke with the appointment of a Research & Development Engineer based from Sherwood Business Park, Nottinghamshire. A Research & Development Engineer will work at the cutting edge of technology within the construction industry, developing and delivering a diverse portfolio of initiatives to materially improve our ability to systematically deliver certainty, safety & productivity.
The individual will work with a variety of teams on various projects such as product-based building solutions, manufacturing, and process automation, all of which are aligned to the Group strategic direction to ensure short-and long-term competitiveness. There will be opportunity for rotation around the business, allowing the Graduate to develop a broad foundation of skills and knowledge.
