Reporting and Management Accountant

Morgan Law is working with a Not-For-Profit organisation who are in need of a Management Accountant to cover a period of Maternity leave.

• £42,000
• Fully remote

Accountabilities

• Prepare the first draft of financial results for the management accounts for the Executive Committee and Trustees
• Prepare financial reports against each government contract in line with the fund requirements
• Support with creating financial models to support existing programmes and future business cases
• Work with large sub-contract providers to ensure that they are adhering to the terms of their financial reporting
• Provide staffing headcount analysis
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Drive continuous improvements across all areas of finance and ensure all processes are adequately documented

Candidate Requirements

• Be a part or fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA)
• Possess strong previous management accounting experience including producing management accounts for budget holders
• Be available to start a new role in the next couple of weeks
• Previous experience working within a charity is highly desirable
