Repair Surveyor - Refurbishment & Luxury Residential
Location: London (Central & South West)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
Hybrid Working: 50/50 split between site, office, and home

About The Company:
Our impressive client is a leader in Super Prime Home construction and refurbishments. They are in the market for a skilled Repair Surveyor to join their Corporate Team, specialising in insurance-related repairs across residential and commercial properties.

Your Role:
As a Repair Surveyor, you will take ownership of claims management, from damage assessment to cost estimation, ensuring high-quality repair work is completed efficiently. Your expertise in surveying, budgeting, and compliance will be essential in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough property damage surveys.
2. Prepare detailed schedules of costs using client software.
3. Develop project budgets and timelines.
4. Oversee and coordinate repair works across multiple trades.
5. Conduct site audits and provide progress updates.
6. Ensure all projects comply with H&S regulations and Building Standards.
7. Resolve disputes and ensure workmanship meets high-quality standards.
8. Handle insurance claims efficiently and provide cost-effective solutions.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in property repairs, refurbishments, and insurance claims.
2. Strong understanding of H&S regulations and Building Standards.
3. Background in surveying, engineering, or construction management (degree preferred).
4. Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills.
5. Ability to manage tight deadlines and client SLAs.
6. Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service.
7. A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
