Repairs Scheduler

Job Title: Repairs Scheduler Location: South London Rate: £23 - £25 per hour umbrella
Joshua Robert are recruiting for a Repairs Officer on a Temporary basis, for a Housing Association in South London.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and external partners, ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are scheduled, managed, and completed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional administrative and scheduling support to the Property Services team.
• Raising works orders for repairs and pest control.
• Managing work-in-progress reports and liaising with contractors to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitoring and responding to customer queries via phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Processing contractor invoices and maintaining accurate records of repairs.
• Coordinating surveyor inspections and conducting resident satisfaction surveys.
• Assisting in updating property information, stock condition data, and service requirements.
