Job Description:

• Hybrid role, part-based from South Manchester office.
• Oversee engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects.
• Engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates.
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager level.
• Report to the Managing Director.
• 3 years experience as either a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, etc.
• Based in the Manchester area.
• Could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub/leisure group, etc.
• South Manchester based provider of building maintenance and repair services.
