Successful individuals who have thrived in this program hold degrees in Science and Business Management, specialising in fields such as Life Sciences, Biology, Zoology, Animal Science, Business Management, Retail Management, Events Management, and Hospitality Management.

The Role

Like all Graduates that join our business, you’ll learn your trade as a Pest Control Technician, where your initial 6-12 months will be dedicated to covering a specific geographical area. You'll provide invaluable support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training.

During the next 12-36 months, you will have an exciting opportunity to choose your own career path down one of the following roles:

• Sales Surveyor
• Service Team Leader
• Key Account Manager
• Field Biologist

Degree Requirements

Have a minimum of a 2:2 in one of the following subject matters:

• BSC in any Science related field:
• Zoology
• Life Sciences
• Environmental Sciences
• Biology
• Geography

Or BA Hons in any of the following:

• Business Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Events Management
• Hotel Management
• International Hospitality Management
• Business economics and finance
• Retail Management
• Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Food Industry Management
• Retail Business Management

Additionally, you must possess a full UK driving license, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns.
