Job Title – Rental Sales Executive

Department/Sector – Sales

Job Location – Heathrow Airport

Salary – £16k basic with a £38k OTE

Our client is the market leader in the vehicle rental sector for holiday makers and businesses. They have offices across the globe and at all the major airports.

The new role is a unique and exciting opportunity for sales and customer service executives to progress their career within a market leader and exciting brand.

Our client is looking for passionate, motivated sales driven people that can help grow the business and drive sales for the brand.

As a Rental Sales Executive you will be responsible for working to achieve sales targets and KPI’s and for promoting additional products.

They are looking for someone that can deliver world class customer service and will demonstrate a passion for self-development.

Shift Patterns:

Our client has a two week shift pattern 12 hours shifts 1 hour break, 11 hours paid each day.

Below are the details of the pattern you will be working –

Week One

Monday – 12 hours
Tuesday – 12 hours
Wednesday – Off Shift
Thursday – Off Shift
Friday – Off Shift
Saturday – 12 hours
Sunday – 12 hours

Week Two

Monday – Off Shift
Tuesday – Off Shift
Wednesday – 12 hours
Thursday – 12 hours
Friday – 12 hours
Saturday – Off Shift
Sunday – Off Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality rental service
  • Meet customer requirements
  • Up sell the Company’s services and products
  • Achieve targets
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard
  • Coordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability
  • Handle all telephone enquires in a polite and helpful manner
  • Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Have previous experience as a Sales Consultant or Sales Executive
  • Able demonstrate excellent sales skills
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of achieving sales targets
