The successful applicant will be eager to speak to our customers via the phone to help them with their software licensing renewal and build relationships to assist them with their other software needs. An interest in technology or experience with licensing schemes would be a definite benefit.

As a Renewals Account Executive, you will ensure that existing customers are contacted ahead of time to process their renewal and, most importantly, speak with them to understand their business challenges and position how they can help. You will be supported by their software and services specialists to best serve your customers and help you exceed targets. Using your fantastic customer service skills to deal with incoming emails and phone calls, you’ll choose the appropriate course of action. Day-to-day, you will be following up on existing opportunities, winning renewal quotes, finding new opportunities, selling software licenses and services while managing, profiling, and growing accounts.
This Renewals Account Executive role will include a large amount of training and learning, so a passion for technology and self-development is essential.
As their Renewals Account Executive, you will need previous business-to-business sales experience and be driven to succeed in a successful company. You should have at least GCSE grade C (or equivalent) and above in Maths and English.

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 (DOE) per year plus commission
