The Role

You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 ranked Renewables Real Estate team, working on exciting and large-scale projects across all major clean energy technologies, including solar, hydro, wind, biomass and battery storage to name a few.

Your role will provide you exposure to the full range of Real Estate work in relation to these key projects, such as acquisitions and disposals, negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes and much more.

Client contact is common and you will be working alongside renowned colleagues from construction, corporate and banking to ensure these exciting projects are delivered to the highest standard.

You will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in one of the fastest-growing and transformative growth sectors. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the leaders in the space and benefit from an exceptional team culture and a clear progression pathway.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an ambitious individual with 6+ PQE in Real Estate
  • Renewables experience is a benefit
