Salary: £55,209 plus £7500 car allowance

Are you an experienced people leader with a background in renewables compliance & auditing? Do you hold a Level 3 in Core Electrical Competence & a Level 3 award in Verification, Inspection & Testing? If so, we have a new opportunity for you to join our Field Services department, supporting our renewables engineering teams and contractor businesses across the UK.

What does this role involve?

You will oversee our renewables installations, to ensure both people and processes remain effective and compliant. Day to day, you will:

• be responsible for ensuring staff and contractors are following processes and procedures and submitting agreed audits on time, tracking performance and highlighting any trends;
• act as an escalation point for all matters arising in renewables compliance;
• ensure all Utilita's safety standards and compliance practices are aligned with regulatory obligation, also ensuring company accreditations with the relevant bodies are maintained;
• support the wider team with any additional training needs;
• maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

Your previous experience working in a renewable's installation compliance focused role will enable you to hit the ground running. You will be great at documenting and providing feedback to staff to help support their continuous development. You will be self-motivated with the ability to plan your day accordingly, to support our teams installing nationwide. You will have a full UK driving licence and will receive a car allowance as nationwide travel will be required. To be successful in this role you will be required to pass a security vetting process.
