Job description

Our long-standing client is a global leader in international removals and shipping, specializing in helping individuals, families, and businesses relocate across the globe.

They are currently looking to appoint a Removals Telesales Supervisor to oversee their telesales team in Dartford.

Role Overview:

As a Removals Telesales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the telesales team and offering support in handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing expert advice on moves.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing telesales team offering motivation and support.
  2. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  3. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes and generate new business opportunities.
  4. Provide expert advice on moving services.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  6. Work towards individual and team sales targets to contribute to business growth.
  7. Accurately record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.

Experience in leading, supervising, or managing a sales/telesales team is vital as is removals experience in order to best support the team in understanding customers' moving needs.

Key Requirements:

  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
