Job Title: Porter for Removal Company
Location: Norwich
Salary: £13.54 - £14.63 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a Porter to join our professional and friendly removals team. If you have experience in removals or are looking to build a career in the removals industry, we want to hear from you! As a Porter, you will play a key role in assisting with the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods for removals.
• Safely carry, pack, and secure furniture and personal belongings.
• Work alongside the removal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and in line with company policies.
• Help with disassembling and reassembling furniture when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in removals is ideal but not essential - we will train the right candidate.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling customers' belongings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
