About
Remote - Telesales Advisor Full time - Monday-Friday Permanent £23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k. Role summary: You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
2. Build rapport with the customer and create offers that suit their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team hit their targets).
4. Ensure compliance expectations are met with every process.

Required Skills and Experience:
12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred; however, candidates from a Call Centre or Retail Sales background will also be considered. A quiet place to work at home is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with remote working and have the desire to exceed targets while following processes, compliance, and regulations.
