Remote Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner

Currently recruiting for a National firm with a fully remote working offering to their team. The firm has grown their property team massively over the last 2 years due to a continued high demand for their services and they have an equally exciting growth strategy going into 2025.

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner with experience managing a high-volume residential caseload. The role will be working a variety of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The role can be taken by someone who is either qualified or has hands-on fee-earning experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person.
2. Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files.
3. Updating and maintaining a case management system.
4. Checking mortgage offers and searches.
5. Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments.
6. Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction.
7. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

Pay & Benefits:

1. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus.
