Job Title:
Remote Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:Thornhvac is a well-established niche recruitment consultancy specializing in sales, technical, and service roles within the HVAC sector. We are seeking experienced recruitment consultants to join our team and build a rewarding career in this innovative and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 360 recruitment role, including candidate search and resourcing.
  • Work with well-established major clients on a warm desk.
  • Visit the office near Garforth, East Leeds once a month.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, consistently operating at £150k+ per annum.
  • Strong written, telephone, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • IT literate and comfortable using databases daily.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment.

Personal Attributes:

  • Conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work from anywhere in the UK.
  • Full office setup provided.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £35k, with an open-ended commission structure (40% of turnover). OTE £60k on £150k.
