Role and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  4. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  6. Lead project meetings, set agendas, and facilitate discussions to drive project progress and decision-making.
  7. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  8. Serve as the first point of contact for handling customer escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  9. Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
Qualification and Skills Required
  1. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  3. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
