Over the past year, we’ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, delivering profitable results for renowned clients such as Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking passionate Paid Social Managers to play an essential role in managing our DTC clients and ensuring they achieve their monthly growth targets through innovative paid advertising strategies.

Reporting directly to our Senior Account Manager, you will ensure the success of a multitude of clients from a range of different niches. You’ll have complete autonomy in formulating your clients’ acquisition strategies through Meta and TikTok advertising, some spending north of £25k per month. You’ll be using powerful analytical tools such as Triple Whale and Motion to ensure every decision you make is data-driven. It’s vital that you’re hitting your clients’ CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the success of a multitude of e-commerce clients from a range of different niches, generating results under pressure.
• Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta & TikTok Ad Campaigns, spending over £2,000 per day for multiple clients.
• Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Direct communication with clients regularly via Slack and Google Meets.
• Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to align on activity and progress.
• Provide expertise on current eCommerce best practices, including Paid Ads, retention strategies, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, analytical tools, etc.
• Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices of tomorrow through training and research.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate across the team.

Main Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level.
• Previous agency experience is ideal or experience within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
• A broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of the operations and advertising strategies of high-level e-commerce brands.
• Top-notch research skills to pivot from client to client, performing in-depth research quickly.
