Job description

We are looking for a Remote Holiday Planner to join our team! In this role, you'll book fantastic trips for corporate and leisure clients around the globe. Ideal candidates love to travel and enjoy helping others plan their dream vacations. Planners handle client research and bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and events. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customized travel itineraries
  2. Assess and cater to clients’ travel needs and preferences
  3. Complete training and maintain certification
  4. Attend webinars for specialized knowledge
  5. Promote the brand positively
  6. Collaborate with team members
  7. Provide budget suggestions
  8. Create promotional materials
  9. Keep up with industry changes
  10. Monitor travel restrictions
  11. Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and events
  12. Communicate clearly with clients
  13. Manage research and client communication efficiently
  14. Address booking or travel issues
  15. Maintain updated client records
  16. Network with tour operators
  17. Participate in FAM trips

Requirements:

  1. 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended)
  5. Personal travel experience beneficial
  6. Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
