HeadHunters List United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Remote Executive Recruiter specializing in Finance to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who excels in attracting top talent within the finance sector and is eager to work in a remote capacity. As a key player in their recruitment process, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and placing executive-level candidates who meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry to identify the best talent for our clients.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Leverage various sourcing methods to find and attract high-caliber executive candidates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the finance sector.
  • A proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of executive recruitment experience, with a focus on finance-related roles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
