Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow-up, and collections
2. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
3. Analyze accounts receivable data and provide regular reports to management
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
6. Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any billing-related inquiries
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Experience in a remote or virtual work environment is preferred
