It is seeking to employ a Conveyancer to be based fully remotely.

This role will see you work fully remotely whilst being supported by a dedicated, in-house team of Assistants, Paralegals and Secretaries to ensure you can offer your clients excellent service levels.

The Role:

1. Handle your own caseload of residential property files across a range of transaction types
2. Communicating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors
3. Negotiating terms of sale or purchase on behalf of clients
4. Keeping clients informed throughout the process and addressing their concerns
5. Overseeing contract exchanges and ensuring a smooth handover
6. Conducting title checks and ensuring there are no legal issues with the property
7. Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements and other legal documents

About You:

1. Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
2. Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise your own workload
3. Excellent client communication skills
