Resolve is the UK’s leading Community Safety organisation. Part of our work includes delivering accredited training, BTECs and the ASB and Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship, and we are a nationally recognised Independent Training Provider in the Community Safety & Housing sector.
We are looking for a Compliance and Data Administrator!
The following provides details of the core tasks that this role will undertake but is not exhaustive and the officer may be required to undertake other activities deemed suitable to their skills, experience and capabilities.

Overview
Location: Remote, with the requirement to travel to an office or meeting space within the Greater Manchester area when required.
Hours: 21 hours per week
Type: Permanent
Salary: £16,800 (FTE £28,000)
Interviews: 3rd and 4th September

ROLE PURPOSE
Core tasks include:
Lead on the co-ordination of the learner recruitment process, learner registration, onboarding, progress monitoring, and internal/external meetings and ensure processes & documentation are compliant with ESFA / Ofsted.
Provide appropriate information, advice and guidance to employees/managers enquiring about apprenticeship programmes. Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Monitor apprenticeship performance reporting including but not limited to attendance, satisfaction surveys and learner progress.
Accurately and effectively record and maintain the data held in the Apprenticeship Management system, Digital Apprenticeship Service and HR management systems.
Be responsible for the management information function, ensuring compliance and learner records are kept up to date. Provide detailed Management information to the senior team regularly.
Establish strong partnerships with employers and build a reputation as a reliable point of contact. Provide information & reporting to employers as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Strong understanding and experience in compliance funding (ESFA), Ofsted, End Point Assessments (EPA) and the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
Prior experience coordinating apprenticeship programmes and working with further education/training providers.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies and create solutions for these.
Proficient in using all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Experience of data entry, scrutinising data and providing management reports.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communication skills; verbal and written & excellent customer management skills.
