Job Description:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in safety training and crisis intervention to join our team as a Safety Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention training to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they can manage challenging behaviors safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver crisis intervention training programs for RBTs, focusing on de-escalation strategies, behavior management, and safety techniques.
  2. Ensure all training complies with industry best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing professional development to RBTs in crisis management.
  4. Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement and refine safety protocols.
  5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  2. Certified in crisis intervention and safety training (required).
  3. Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and RBTs.
