We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remedial Environmental Engineer- Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing remedial solutions for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design remedial strategies for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination.
2. Conduct site assessments, including soil and groundwater sampling and analysis.
3. Prepare detailed reports, including remedial design plans, cost estimates, and project schedules.
4. Oversee the implementation of remediation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts and make necessary adjustments.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and project teams.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Have a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering, with a focus on remedial design for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor projects.
4. Familiarity with remedial technologies such as:
1. In Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO)
2. Bioremediation
3. Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE)
4. Air Sparging
5. Permeable Reactive Barriers (PRBs)
6. Multi-Phase Extraction (MPE)
7. Phytoremediation
5. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
6. Proficiency in using environmental modeling and design software.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

For the Environmental Engineer- Project Manager position, we anticipate a salary base pay of $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD. An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where compensation may be outside of the range, based on the factors noted above.
