Job Title: Relief Chef

Overview/Company Introduction:

Adkins & Cheurfi are proudly expanding our relief chef team for 2025. An exciting opportunity for relief chefs to join our division. After an impressive year, dominating northeast hospitality, we are looking to grow and develop even further.

As the only specialist hospitality agency in the Northeast, we supply some of the leading names in hospitality and high-end fine dining, Rosette level establishments. We are collaborating with some top names in Northeast hospitality and whilst January can be challenging, we are looking forward to expanding and setting strong foundations for the year ahead.

Role / Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with department heads to strategize and synchronize day-to-day operations, ensuring that standards are not just met, but consistently surpassed.
2. Provide a top culinary experience for all of our clients and ensure high food standards are met.
3. Produce high quality food that is appealing on the eye.
4. Maintain high kitchen standards and ensure working areas are clean and tidy.
5. Food preparation and running various sections of the kitchen.
6. Stock control.
7. Cook food from scratch using fresh ingredients.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Rates start from GBP17 up to GBP20 per hour.
2. Work-life balance, with lots of flexibility in hours and shifts.
3. Up to 28 days holiday per year Pro Rata on an accrual basis.
